Crafty Cornish Christmas!
I think the Cornish are well known for their love of all things ‘craft’ and ‘artisan’. Across the whole spectrum of interiors, exteriors, homes and gardens, to what we cook, drink and wear, we like to apply an arty touch. A touch that says something about ourselves, to express what we love.
The artisan scene never goes to sleep in Cornwall and in my opinion at Christmas it totally excels.
I am attaching a link that lists many many things to do in Cornwall during the rest of November and December. Whether you fancy something sporty in a santa suit, using your voice to sing carols, trying your hand at felting, watching glass baubles being blown, shopping for something one-off and special or just being all candle-lit and cosy, warming yourself with local mulled cider. It’s all here, check it out!

What’s your favourite thing to do?
I love all the things that The Lost Gardens of Heligan put on. Although I feel a bit wobbly when I look at The Scrooge Run (put on by the Mud Crew) on 21st December – I’m not sure I’ve recovered from last year (and yes, they all want to do it again!).
Starting to feel festive! Seasons greetings to you
